Description of electric furnace:
1. The power cabinet body is designed with a fully enclosed
structure, and the cabinet is made of 3mm steel plate. The
protection class is IP54. The main power cabinet adopts a split
modular design, which facilitates the installation and
transportation of equipment. All the originals used in the whole
system are from well-known brands with reliable quality, and they
must be rigorously tested and screened after the factory.
2. This set of equipment can realize fully automatic remote
control, including PLC programmable controller, HMI man-machine
interface or industrial control computer system, industrial control
configuration software and various sensors. It can realize
automatic operation,such as automatic constant temperature,
automatic oven and anti-wearing furnace alarm, which is safer and
more convenient to use.
3. This series resonant dual-supply Intermediate frequency power
supply is also equipped with a computer-aided management system.
Not only can display real-time data and information of power supply
operation, but also display the operating status and information of
the entire system, and has functions such as automatic insulation,
oven, furnace start, and fault archiving.

Warranty
- Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or
workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this
period, Across International will, at its sole options, replace any
components that fail in normal use. Such replacement will be made
at no charge to the customer for parts, provided that the customer
shall be responsible for any transportation cost.
