Double heating zone tube furnace specification :
quartz tube furnace is a precision bench-top furnace using
resistance wire as heating elements. It is widely used for
materials or chemical lab to sinter all types of new materials
samples under vacuum or other gases condition.It is controlled by
high precision SCR ( Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital
controller with accuracy +/-1C and 30 segments programmable up to
1200C.
This is a safety tube furnace with single temperature zone and
multi-temperature zone. It has intelligent pressure protection
function, combustible gas detection function, pressure equalization
function, intelligent intake, 30 segments cloud data storage and
other functions. Man-machine interface control with an accuracy of
up to 1.C. This high temperature tube furnace is particularly
suitable for annealing and sintering samples under atmospheric or
vacuum conditions. The heating element is evenly distributed above
and below the furnace tube, and the temperature field is uniform.
The device is widely used in semiconductor, nanomaterials, carbon
fiber, graphene and other new materials, new technology fields.
