Introduction of quartz tube furnace:
This is a safety tube furnace with single temperature zone and
multi-temperature zone. It has intelligent pressure protection
function, combustible gas detection function, pressure equalization
function, intelligent intake, 30 segments cloud data storage and
other functions. Man-machine interface control with an accuracy of
up to 1.C. This high temperature tube furnace is particularly
suitable for annealing and sintering samples under atmospheric or
vacuum conditions. The heating element is evenly distributed above
and below the furnace tube, and the temperature field is uniform.
The device is widely used in semiconductor, nanomaterials, carbon
fiber, graphene and other new materials, new technology fields.
Character of quartz tube furnace:
1. The furnace tube adopts quartz tube as carrier and the stainless
steel flanges on its both ends are simple design, reasonable, easy
to disassemble and convenient for entering and leaving sintered
samples
2. The machine will send out an alarm signal to the
over-temperature during the working process, and automatically
complete the protection action.
3. The heating rate is fast, from room temperature to 1000 degrees,
generally takes 15-30 minutes
4. Furnace material is high-purity alumina ceramic fiber materials,
new assembly structure, no transformation in long term high
temperature, sturdy and durable
5. The heating element is made of high-quality alloy wire, which
can bear large load, stable and long service life
6. Electronic components are used Delixi products, with leakage
protection, safe and reliable
7. Using intelligent PID temperature control instrument, with
program function, can set the temperature rise curve, can be
programmed 30 segments
8. When the instrument program is set, just press the run button
and the next work will be completed automatically
9. It can be installed with a gas mass flowmeter, digital precise
control of the gas.
