the finish of RA0.8.The external dimension tolerance of the two parts is ±0.005mm,
which is processed by precision external grinding equipment.
The concentricity of the two parts is required to be ±0.005mm, and
the accuracy of this dimension should be guaranteed.We are not only good at machining parts, but also have enough
experience in stamping die design and assembly.The material of punch is SKH51, the hardness of heat treatment is
hrc60-63, and the ultrasonic cold treatment is also required. The
material of punch is DC53, and the hardness of heat treatment is
hrc58-62.
During processing, the deformation of parts should be controlled.The rod will deform during heat treatment, so enough allowance
should be left for roughing.There is a transition in the middle of the main rod, pay great
