We adopt vacuum heat treatment, and the hardness of heat treatment is hrc48-52.The parts are mainly processed by the CNC lathe and the surface grinder. The tolerance requirement of the step size on the back is ±0.02mm.We use a height meter to detect the exact size of the position.
