This is a customized part for our foreign customers.The main processing equipment has CNC machining center and precision surface grinder, line cutting machine equipment.The approximate size of the part is 280*90*40MM, the material is German X165CrM0v12, and the required heat treatment hardness is hrc58-62. The tolerance of the shown step height is ±0.01mm.On the surface of the part, there is a u-shaped groove with a tolerance precision of ±0.02, which is guaranteed by CNC machining.The overall finish of the parts is required to be RA0.8, so the surfaces need to be ground.For the two fine holes on the end face, we use the slow-moving silk processing equipment to ensure the dimensional accuracy.
