Rock wool is a kind of artificial inorganic fiber, which is made of selected basalt as the main raw material and processed by high temperature melting. It has the characteristics of light weight, small thermal conductivity, good sound absorption, non combustion and good chemical stability. It is a new type of heat preservation, heat insulation, sound-absorbing material and rock wool fabric, which not only has the characteristics of general rock wool, but also has the properties of water-proof, heat preservation, heat insulation and cold insulation. It has certain chemical stability, and will not deliquesce even if it is used for a long time under humid conditions. According to the jisa95-1979 method test, the starting hydrophobicity rate is more than 98%.
