Large capacity fully automatic egg tray machine produciton line
The fully automatic production line was equipped with automatic
drying system, after pulp making process and autoamtic forming
process, the transfer molds plate will transfer wet prodcuts to the
drying system automatically, and then after drying, the final
products will be collected by autoamtic stacker.
We provide both single-layer drying system and multi-layers drying
system, compared with the former, the largger is the latest
technology, which can save engrgy consumption, workshop space
requirement etc.
The drying system use natual gas,diesel, coal, wood etc. As fuel,
the steam, heat conducting oil and heavy oil also could be applied
to dry te products, but the investment and field occupation would
be increased.
This production line is suitable for the following products:
Egg tray(30-egg) Egg box/egg carton(6-egg, 10-egg, 12-egg, 6+6-egg,
15-egg, 18-egg and etc)
Fruit tray (for apple,tomato, pear and etc) Cup carrier(4 pack and
2 pack) Seeding tray and bottle trays.
Some medical-care products and fixed shape(the design doesn't
change frequently) pulp molding products with large quantity.
