1. Decription
MG Automatic Dry Mortar Production Line adopts European advanced
design concept and latest automatic control management system.
Tower layout has been applied in the overall design and
man-friendly operation with automation level has been largely
improved. The capacity can reach 30,000-100,000 tons per year
according to different configuration.
The main components: raw material storing system, automatic
weighing system, conveying system, mixing system, pneumatic system,
packing system and dedusting system. The main control system issues
the production order based on certain formula proportion, thus the
system will convey the raw materials from storage silos to the
automatic weighing hopper, the material will be transported in
premix hopper and high efficient agravic mixer continuously, after
3-5min mixing. The well mixed material will be discharged into the
finished product bin where equip the secondary mixing system and
waiting for the automatically filling, weighting and packing for
the end product. New designed packaging machine can work
efficiently based on certain time and volume, which highly improved
the work efficiency. The packed bag finished product will be
conveyed to finished product area for delivery.
