It has compact structure,less vibration,high efficiency, mechanical
seal,all parts touched with water can be made of stainless steel.
It's special used in low pressure,all parts touch with liquid can
be of stainless steel materials,cast iron materials is mainly for
the clean water and physically chemically similar to clean water
liquid,cast steel materials is for the mine water liquid with small
liquid as it can anti abrasive, well,SS materials is for the
corrosive liquid, for the sea water, it will be 316L SS or even
better materials

horizontal single suction multistage segmented centrifugal pump,
the head can increase or decrease the number of pump stages.The working chamber of the pump is formed by inlet section, middle
section, guide vanes, outlet section guide vanes, outlet section
and end cap.The liquid enters from single side along with the
direction of shaft.The axial force generated by pump operation is
balanced by the balance disc.
1 Shaft seal: soft packing or mechanical seal,according to user’s
requirements.
2 Transmission: driven by the motor directly through the elastic
coupling.
3 Sealing ring: to prevent high pressure water in the pump from
leaking back into the inlet.It is replaceable after wear.
4 Balance disc: located between the outlet section and the end cap
for balancing axial forces.
5 Balance ring and balance sleeve: fixed on the water outlet
section.To form the balance device together with balance disc.
6 Shaft sleeve: located in the two packing chambers, which can be
replaced after wear.
