Neutral Silicone Sealant characteristics
Single component, easy to use, good extrudability and thixotropy in
the temperature range of 4 ° C ~ 40 ° C, can be directly applied by
extrusion with a glue gun;
Neutral curing, non-corrosive to metal, coated glass and other
building materials, widely used;
The displacement capacity is up to 25 grades. For the normal
expansion and shear deformation of the curtain wall, the product
can maintain the same performance and play an effective sealing
role;
Excellent weathering resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance,
ozone resistance, water resistance;
Excellent resistance to high and low temperature. It will not
become brittle, harden or crack at -30 °C after curing. It will not
soften and degrade at +90 °C, and always maintain good elasticity.
It has excellent adhesion and forms a strong bond with most
building materials after curing without the need for primers;
Good compatibility with other neutral silicone adhesives.
Neutral Silicone Sealant Description:
JS-793 Neutral Cure Silicone Sealant is a one-part, non-slump,
moisture-curing RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) that cures to
form a tough, high modulus rubber with long-term flexibility and
durability.
JS-793 neutral cure silicone has excellent resistance to weathering
including ozone, ultraviolet radiation, freeze-thaw conditions and
airborne chemicals.
Neutral Silicone Sealant Application:
JS-793 neutral cure silicone can be used as a durable,
general-purpose sealant/adhesive in a wide range of Construction
Material applications.such as
doors,windows,glazing,concrete,aluminum,tiles,ceramics etc.
