Ultrasonic External Stick Fuel Level Sensor
1. Production Overview
Ultrasonic oil level sensor is the oil quantity monitoring
equipment designed for management personnel of enterprise
motorcade. It can prevent gasoline theft by drivers, optimize
transportation cost, the driver’s driving action and assist
statistical decision, etc. The sensor uses ultrasonic probe to
detect the oil level height and carries out smart processing for
height signal of oil quantity through built-in program of the main
body. Then it sends the oil quantity information to the system
platform through GPS to generate the oil quantity report after
analysis. The sensor supports serial port and analog output and can
connect with GPS of most brands/Beidou all-in-one machine.
Therefore, the sensor can be connected with the backstage
monitoring system easily.
The products adopt non-contact measurement ultrasonic wave sensor
technology developed independently by our company and first created
domestically and are widely used in fuel consumption monitoring
projects for vehicles and sold overseas.

2.3 Product characteristics
1. High Precision: Our oil level sensor boasts a measurement
resolution of 0.1mm for oil height and an accuracy of ±0.5%. It
maintains this high accuracy even in extreme temperature
conditions, both hot and cold.
2. Long-Term Stability: Employing ultrasonic measurement technology,
our oil level sensor operates through non-contact measurement.
Unlike traditional methods such as float, pressure, or magnetic
sliding systems which involve direct contact and are prone to fuel
corrosion and contamination, our sensor ensures prolonged
stability.
3. Easy Installation and Maintenance: Simply install the sensor probe
at the lower part of the external fuel tank. No need to replace
existing measurement systems or drill holes in the tank. It
guarantees the seamless operation of the vehicle's front fuel
gauge.
4. Environmentally Friendly with Low Energy Consumption: The
non-contact measurement eliminates the need for drilling or
modifications on the tank, preventing fuel residue and pollution.
Our sensor contributes to a cleaner environment and consumes
minimal energy.
5. Strong Reliability: Our sensor remains operational even in harsh
conditions, offering moisture resistance, acid resistance, flame
retardation, interference resistance, and intelligent capabilities.
Furthermore, this product can be used independently with an
auxiliary display screen. It can also be integrated with GPS
devices to transmit data to the backend for statistical analysis,
report generation, and querying.
2.4 Application Scope:
The ultrasonic oil level sensor is designed for various types of
vehicles, including logistics vehicles, taxis, buses, and coaches.
It not only digitally records refueling and fuel consumption but
also effectively prevents fuel theft, reduces resource wastage,
enhances management efficiency, promotes traffic safety, and
elevates operational management standards.
