Operation
Characteristics

save 30% to 60% of operating costs.
2. Efficient operation: the flue gas two-return design is adopted
to optimize the oxygen-enriched combustion twice, and the thermal
efficiency can reach more than 86% with the professional
energy-saving device.
3. Low-carbon environmental protection: through a reasonable design
to make biomass fuel semi-gasification combustion, achieve
smokeless complete combustion. The emission indexes are all lower
than the standard value requirements for class | period in the
"boiler atmospheric pollutant emission standard" (gb13271-2001),
among which sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide are nearly zero,
lower than that of oil-fired (gas) boilers.
4. Safe and reliable: pressure (temperature), water shortage with
multiple chain protection, stable boiler operation, safe and
reliable;
5. Simple operation: screw conveying system is adopted to realize
automatic fuel supply, which greatly reduces labor intensity and
makes the boiler more user-friendly.
