Raw Material Of Black polyethylene pipe:
Black polyethylene is used as a raw material for the production of
polyethylene pipes.
Polyethylene pipes are black and natural polyethylene materials are
white.
To make polyethylene pipes black, additives (master batches) can be
used.
If masterbatch cannot be controlled and the proper amount of the
masterbatch
has not been added to the white polyethylene material properly,
and if it is not sufficiently dispersed during the extrusion stage,
the quality of the pipe will be affected. There would be errors
when tested,
and these polyethylene pipes cannot be used for sensitive and
strategic applications,
and their lifespan will be dramatically reduced.
