1.BFU Introduction
BFU is an upgrade and replacement of FFU and HEPA-BOX. To be
precise, it is also a modular terminal air supply device with its
own power and filtering effect.
BFU adopts modern large-area clean room safety theory. It sucks air
from the top and filters it out.
2.BFU application
The main purpose of BFU series products is to purify the air sent
into the clean area, and it is used in the construction of
large-scale clean rooms of class 10-300000 to meet the requirements
of clean environment.
The BFU is mainly installed on the clean area or work area ceiling
T-Grid or on the equipment machine, which has a wide range of uses.
