3) Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
Yes, just need some sample cost for setup and material. And it will be returned back when proceed into mass production.

4) How to deal with the parts received in poor quality?
All our products are QC inspected and accepted with inspection report before delivery. In case of non-conformance, please contact
us immediately. We will check on the problems and have them reworked or repaired at the first time, and the resulting
transportation costs borne by our company.

5) What is your term of payment?
30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.

6) Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
