Stainless steel sea water submersible pompa is one of the APK’S
main submersible pompa type, which including SS304, SS316, SS316L,
duplex stainless steel and SS904L, anti corrosive for sea water
lifting. We have Wax Molding workshop production line to supply
stainless steel water submersible pompa spare parts, promising
deliver time. All rotors and impellers are testing before stock. 1

Stainless steel submersible pompa main spare parts material:
A responsible stainless steel submersible pompa manufacturer will
make same submersible pompa set material. For example, if it is a
SS316 submersible pump, then, all submersible pompa wet parts are
SS316 or SS316L.
(1). Submersible motor: SS304, SS316, SS316L, duplex stainless
steel and SS904L
(2). Impeller: SS304, SS316, SS316L, duplex stainless steel and
SS904L
(3). Screw and nuts: SS316, SS316L, duplex stainless steel and
SS904L

We have 3 types main casting technique: EPC Process (Expendable
pattern casting); Precoated sand casting; Wax precision casting, In
house foundry capable of the most modern material casting. ODM OEM
is acceptable.
Stainless steel submersible pompa set quality control:
We test each submersible water pompa before delivery, including
dynamic and static balance testing, material analysis testing,
submersible pump motor submerged fully in water for 48 hours to
test leaking or not, submersible pump set testing. Also, got ABS
certificate.
