​Feedstock of cassava is transported to the suction nozzle by the iron removal belt conveyor, and sent to the hammer mill for crushing through the winnowing system. After crushing, the qualified powder enters the cyclone separator for separation: The dusty air is sent to water film dust scrubber (or bag filter) by the high pressure blower, powder is discharged by the air lock at the bottom of the cyclone separator. Powder is measured by the screw scale and sent to the distribution screw conveyor, mixed in the mixing screw conveyor with the water from the water film scrubber. The mixing material system is controlled by computer, which can realize the automatic control of powder material and water.
