Application and Feature
JFS-56 serial hammer mill is mainly used for raw material crushing
in fermentation and feed industry, at the same time applied in the
milling of all kinds of coarse and fine raw materials in starch
plants, urban and rural pig farms, chicken farms and feed
specialists, such as for: corn, bean cake, sorghum, soybeans, conch
and stem. The machine is an ideal raw material crushing equipment
in the fermentation, feed, starch, food, and chemical processing
industry.
● Adopt the whole steel structure, bearing seat surface is with the
whole planer processing, to ensure its stability and reliability of
the rotor installation.
● Rotor: Multi blade permutation and combination form, fully
improve the sieving capacity after crushing raw material, increase
the hammer mill’s throughout. Have a strict dynamic balance check
of rotor before installation.
● Operation door: adopt plate hinge mechanism, more convenient for
replacing sieve plates and hammers, door frame edge pastes sealing
strip with good air tightness, no powder leaking.
