Description:

Recycled PET plastic bottles are delabeled by a label remover machine and then passed through sorting tables. In this step, variegated bottles (such as green bottles, blue bottles, and residual impurities) are selected from the material. Then enter into the crusher for crushing, and then enter into the floating tank for separation (separation of PET bottle flakes from PP labels and bottle caps). After separation, enter into the steam washer for heating and cleaning. Then enter into the floating tank for washing (remove the cleaning agent in high temperature heating). Enter into the de-water machine and dewater directly and pack. For large output and high level of bottle flakes, we can use the whole bottle pre-washing link, off-label sorting link, primary crushing link, primary washing separation link, high temperature cleaning link, neutralization cleaning link, rinsing and drying link, and bottle flake selection link. Wait for the entire set of intensive washing steps to achieve high-precision cleansing tablets. This process is a routine process.

PET Washing Line Working Principle and Characteristics:

1. It can realize automatic unpacking and dispersing of bottle bricks.
2. Manual selection platform. It can remove heterogeneous bottles, heterochromatic bottles, label scraps, metal objects and garbage, etc. To ensure that PET bottles enter the next section.
3. Specially designed crusher for PET bottle body crushing. It has the characteristics of smooth feeding, stable output, low energy consumption, low vibration and noise value, strong structure, low maintenance cost and long service life. At the same time, wet pulverization, in addition to using the impact of water to enhance the cleaning effect of PET chips, also reduces frictional heat due to the cooling effect of water, reduces PET debris, and prolongs tool life.
4. Floating washing, hot washing, friction and rinsing are the final purification of PET bottle flakes. Mainly rely on three major washing forces: mechanical, chemical and thermal to remove the trademarks. Bottle caps, glues, potions and other impurities, etc.
5. Dewatering, blowing labels, and drying. Mainly dehydrating and delabeling the bottle pieces. After dehydration, the water content of the bottle pieces can reach 1.5% or less.
