PET Bottle Recycling Line Description:
PET bottle washing line, one fully automatic machine line, is a
special production line for crushing and cleaning PET plastics such
as waste mineral water bottles.
PET Bottle Recycling Line Features:

to the used of PET bottles, after proper processing and processing,
to reduce the material into PET for remanufactured products,
especially as a larger amount of chemical fiber textile raw
materials. Because PET bottles are widely used in beverages and
cooking oils, and can only be used once due to hygiene reasons, the
equipment for recycling PET bottles has attracted attention.
Generally, the bottle caps and bottle mops separated from PET
bottles are PE, and they can also be collected and recycled.
PET Washing Line Main Parts:
Crusher: For crushing the material into smaller size.
This machine is specially designed for PET bottles' crushing. It
has the characteristics of smooth feeding, stable output, low
energy consumption, low vibration and noise value, strong
structure, low maintenance cost and long service life. At the same
time, wet pulverization, in addition to using the impact of water
to enhance the cleaning effect of PET chips, also reduces
frictional heat due to the cooling effect of water, reduces PET
debris, and prolongs tool life.
Steam washer: For wash with hot water and detergent to get rid of
oil, dirties and some labels .
The parts which contacts with the wet flakes is made of stainless
steel SUS304.Steam boiler (will be provided by buyer) provide hot
steam to the steam washer and heat the water to 90-95℃, mix caustic
soda or other detergent into the water carefully to clean the
flakes.The flakes will stay in the steam washer about 8-10 mins.
