Now the deep cone thickener widely applied to dewatering to various metal and non-metal ores and the slurry solid-liquid separation in sectors like metallurgy, coals, chemicals, mine tailings and environment protection.

Introduction

Deep cone thickener mainly used for slurry water during sand or tailings washing process, changed slurry water into clean water flowing out and supplementary sand washing water.The process capacity is about 30-200m³/h, we often use chamber of belt filter press after this thickener, to turn slurry into mud cake discharge directly, within 25%-35% water content, to reduce the pollution for environment. In essence, the thickener belongs to a new type of mud-water separation sedimentation tank, special internal structure together with different kinds of flocculant for sediment makes it widely used.
