Working principle

Chamber filter press is through the filter plate extrusion, so that the water in the sludge through the filter cloth discharge, to achieve the purpose of dehydration. A certain number of filter plates are closely arranged under the action of strong mechanical force, and a filter chamber is formed between the surface of the filter plate and the surface of the filter plate, filtered materials are sent to the filter chamber under strong positive pressure, the solid part of the filtered materials entering the filter chamber is intercepted by the filter medium (such as filter cloth) to form a filter cake, and the liquid part is discharged through the filter medium. So as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

Structure

The frame part is the main body of the machine, which is used to support the filtering mechanism and connect other components. It is mainly composed of thrust plate, compression plate, cylinder block and main beam. When the machine is working, the piston inside the cylinder pushes the pressure plate, and presses the filter plate, diaphragm plate and filter cloth located between the pressure plate and the thrust plate to ensure that the pressured slurry is pressurized and filtered in the filter chamber.
