Product description:
The linear dewatering screen is a linear vibrating screen with a
straight motion trajectory. It has the advantages of advanced
structure, sturdy and durable, low noise, and convenient
maintenance. It is suitable for coal preparation, ore dressing,
electric power, chemical industry, light industry and other
departments to perform dry and wet sieving or dewatering, desizing
and desliming of medium and fine-grained materials.
Working principle:
Adopts double motor self-synchronous technology, universal
eccentric block, adjustable amplitude vibrator. The utility model
is mainly composed of a screen box, a vibration exciter, a
supporting system and a motor. The two unconnected vibrators
operate synchronously and reversely, the centrifugal force produced
by two groups of eccentric masses is superimposed along the
direction of vibration, and the reverse centrifugal force is
counteracted, thus forming a single vibration along the direction
of vibration, so that the screen box moves back and forth in the
linear motion.

2. The vibration motor of the dewatering screen is easy to replace.
The base rubber spring is used to dampen the vibration, so that the
amplitude is small, and the slow vibration can be taken off
cleanly.
3. The dewatering screen can be customized according to the output
and water content. The side plate of the fuselage has a reinforcing
plate, with a support at the bottom, a horizontal bar at the
bottom, and a triangular steel plate support at the discharge port.
4. The vibration motor is fixed with high-strength bolts. The
bottom spring is a rubber spring. The quality of the spring will
affect the life of the vibration motor. The sieve plate has a high
fixed density, and ribs are punched in the sieve plate.
5. After welding, the welder will strictly require no welding
holes, and the bottom is supported by channel steel.
