Introduction

Single wheel sand washing machine has the functions of sand washing and fine sand recovery, it can extract the fine sand in the muddy water after sand washing, thereby obtaining 0-5mm sand, final coarse and fine sand grade is reasonable. Sand washing wheel has a simple structure and is easy to operate and maintain. The equipment is divided into two parts: the wheel washing machine and the fine sand recycling. According to the customer's requirements, the double-row wheel or the three-row wheel can be customized. The fine sand recovery part is determined by the amount slurry water and sand concentration in the water mixture, so that we can properly configure the model and quantity of the cyclone, the slurry pump, and the dewatering screen.

Structure

Working principle
When the sand washer is working, the motor rotates slowly through the V-belt, reducer and gear to drive the impeller to rotate slowly. The gravel has a feeding trough into the washing tank, which is tumbling under the impeller and grinds each other to remove the surface covering the gravel. Impurities, at the same time destroy the water vapor layer of the coated sand to facilitate dehydration; at the same time add water to form a strong water flow, timely remove the foreign matter with small impurities and specific gravity, and discharge from the overflow port to complete the cleaning. The clean sandstone is taken away by the blades, and the sandstone is poured from the rotating impeller into the discharge trough to complete the cleaning of the gravel.
