Brando 4V series directional control pneumatic solenoid valves are body ported 5-port (4-way) spool valves. Available port sizes are 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8” or 1/2” with flow coefficients (Cv) from 0.50 to 2.79. Models are available with single solenoid, spring return or double solenoid 2-position operation. In addition, double solenoid models are available with 3-position, center closed or center exhaust operation. Solenoid coils are available in either DC or AC control voltages. The 4V series can be used in individual valve applications or multiple valves can be field assembled on manifolds simplifying piping connections. 4V series manifolds are available in 2, 4, 6 or 8 stations. The DIN style wiring connector includes LED indication of the solenoid coil status.

Description of pneumatic solenoid valves:
1. The strength of the aluminum alloy valve body is large. The valve body is made of new aluminum alloy material, which has strong pressure resistance,good corrosion resistance and fast heat dissipation.

3. High precision valve stem. Imported high-quality lubricants to ensure lubrication and reduce friction during exercise.

4. High frequency sub-head. Made of high-quality conductor material with 5 times in second high intensity and high frequency response for smoother operation.

5. The coil is easy to disassemble. Removable core nut, coil can be replaced at any time.

6. High quality electronic components. The copper coil can work hard for a long time, the wiring operation is simple,Direct Lead Wire.

7. Used for controlling pilots or diaphragms of larger valves or small cylinders or any pressure system that is alternatively pressurized and exhausted.

Notes:
1) The manual button tests the status of the product when it is powered up.
2) When the valve is not energized, ''P'' on the product map points to ''A'' is normally open, and ''B'' points to ''S'' is normally closed.
