Industry Valve Cover Simple Installation Removable Insulation Jacket Anti-freezing
In order to install easy for convenient inspection and maintenance, removable
insulation jacket is produced by factory with a high adaptable
performance. In generally, it consist of 3-6 layers which depends on client's
application. Main materials are silicone coated fiberglass fabric
and glass needle mat. Typically the silicone coated fiberglass
fabric designed as a protection layer outside.With this silicone coating, the fabric will represent excellent
heat resistance, oil and moisture proof, electrical insulation,
anti-corrosion and chemical resistance.
Due to the characteristic of high temperature resistant, workers
can touch safyty at a 40℃ surface environment. Inside fiberglass needle mat usually 25~ 40mm thick, it can
withstand of 800 degree continuously working.
2" wide velcro strips are applied at the laps to make sure the lap
stays in place. Nomex Velcro with "D" rings are used to quickly
close and secure the covers. Stay-in-place insulation makes
inspection more time-intensive, difficult, and costly.
