Description
RUI-HE 9240-25M® is a kind of two-component liquid silicone rubber
for injection molding processes, consisted of part A and part B. It
can be used to produce the fabric surpace of the silk screen and
silicone rubber bracelet with high transparency,fast curing and
high adhesion. All LSR are platinum cured (vulcanized) materials
which are mixed in a 10 : 1 ratio by weight.
Waterproof and highly durable, silicone RFID Wristbands are used by
aquatic and leisure centres, as well as Universities (for their
Open Days), as well as a range of other events. These wristbands
can be used time and again for a variety of purposes.

Precautions
· Store at room temperature, store in a dry and ventilated place
indoors, avoid direct sunlight, storage period is 12 months;
· Contacting compounds containing N, P, S, Sn, and Pb during
storage and use may cause poisoning of the platinum catalyst and
affect vulcanization.

1.Q: Can you print custom logo on the product?
A: Yes, we can silk-screen print and pad print on it.
2. Q: What are all the ways to form silicone (e.g. die cut,
compression molding, etc.)?
A: High temperature vulcanizing machine mold.
3.Q: What should I care of silicone product?
A: Silicone is easy to care and clean. Regularly you can wipe the
outside of the product with a damp cloth, using a liquid
soap where necessary to keep the surface clean. If the silicone
contacts any part of the body, clean it regularly with warm
soapy water.
4.Q: Is Silicone product Safe?
A: We use a 100% food grade silicone. We do not use any fillers
what so ever. Fillers compromise the performance of
the baking and may break down from the heat. Our Silicone
kitchenware are approved by SGS, FDA and LFGB, so it's
healthy and safe to use.
