This machine is used to produce bottled juice, flavor water, drinking water, tea drink or other still
beverage.
The available capacity is from 2000 bottles per hour to 30000BPH, the suitable bottle is from 250-2000ml,
only need to change some changeovers can use different bottle.
RCGF Series-----------the rinsing, filling, capping machine is
automatically controlled by PLC. it has functions of bottle
washing, juice filling and bottle capping. suitable bottle sizes
are from 200ml to 2000ml.
1. The machine is mainly used in the beverage filling operations.
The three functions of bottle washing, filling and capping are
composed in one body of the machine.
2. This 3-in-1 monobloc machine is for fruit juice, tea beverage,
etc. Processing.
3. Direct connection technology is used between air conveyor and
in-feeding starwheel to substitute in-feeding screw and conveyor.
It is easy to change the size of bottles.
4. Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation.
Instead of traditional starwheel, we use neck-hanging gripper to
change the size of bottles easily, without adjusting the equipment
height. Only arch board and star wheel such little nylon parts need
to be changed.
5. The head of filling machine is made of better stainless steel,
which is firm and endurable.
