Spiral mesh belt types : Two types of spiral wire can be provided:
round wire and flat wire .
Spial mesh belt edge treatment : Spiral mesh belt are available in
four different edges including traditional fabricated and welded
edge , U-shaped chain link edge, roller chain link edge with or
without side plates .
Features of spiral wire mesh belting
Spiral mesh belt has the advantages of Close-structure structure
and ideal for high tensile load . Suitable for radius system,
spiral, curved or straight conveyors . Wide temperature range from
-196°C to +275°C.
Spiral mesh belt consists of cross rods with overlaying alternating
spiral coils . It is equipped with flexible u-shaped edge for side
flexibility . This kind of mesh belt is especially designed for
spiral or round conveyor as well as straight-running conveyor .
Spiral mesh belt offers a smooth continuous product flow running
dependably year after year without damaging fragile and delicate
products .
