Characteristics of 3XXX aluminum:
3003, 3004 are AL-Mn series alloys, which are the most widely used
rust-proof aluminum. The strength of this alloy is not high
(slightly higher than industrial pure aluminum) and cannot be
strengthened by heat treatment. Therefore, cold working method is
used to improve its mechanics. Performance: High plasticity in the

Surface treatment method of aluminum
Anodizing: An aluminum material is used as an anode and placed in an
electrolyte solution. The use of the electrolyte to form a dense
oxide film on the surface of an aluminum profile is called

Electrophoretic coating: Dissolve the electrophoretic coating in water to cause
electrolysis to generate charged particles. Under the action of an

Powder coating: The powder coating is placed in a spray gun, and under the action

1000 series
