Product Description
Bright steel pipe is a steel pipe with excellent mechanical process
performance and can withstand high pressure. It is especially
suitable for hydraulic machinery and auto parts air-conditioning
refrigeration industry.
The inner and outer walls of the steel pipe have high precision and
high finish. The steel pipe has no oxide layer after heat
treatment. The inner wall has high cleanliness. The steel pipe is
subjected to high pressure and does not deform during cold bending.
There is no flaring or flattening. Steel tube color: bright white
with metallic luster.
Features:
High quality--This steel tubing begins as hot rolled steel but is processed
even further to create a more finished surface and provide
additional strength. This process is more suited for applications
that have strict tolerance, straightness, and surface condition
requirements because cold rolling is a more precise finishing
method.
Sturdy--Cold Rolled Steel is steel which has been rolled at room
temperature, below its recrystallization temperature. This
increases its strength and hardness and decreases its ductility. In
addition to improvement of mechanical properties, cold rolling
results in more control over the shape and dimensions of the
finished product.
Non-corrosive--Our cold rolling mill equipped with particularly rough rolls can
provide additional processing to give the steel a uniform matte
finish. Each cold-rolled steel pipe is smooth to the touch and can
be easily painted with almost any paint system to ensure its
corrosion resistance.
