Peripheral Water Pump Description
The DB series vortex water pump with Electrophoretic coating can
offer high pressure with comparatively low powers and have
particularly steady operating curves. They are qualified in
domestic fittings to increase the system pressure in aqueducts and
for automatic water distribution by small autoclave tanks or
hydrosphere units. For the correct function of the pump, use clean
water or non-aggressive liquid only, without sand or other solid
impurities.
Compared with spray paint, it has the following advantages.
1. Can obtain uniform film thickness
2. Good permeability, improve the corrosion resistance of the inner
cavity of the workpiece
3. High safety, low pollution coating (paint), no fire danger
4. The appearance of the electrophoretic coating film is good, and
it has good flatness when dried.

Peripheral Water Pump Use Precautions:
Before preparing to install the pump, first check whether the
firmware of each part is loose or not. There is no foreign matter
jam in the pump flow path to avoid the situation that it cannot be
cleaned after the later installation. Next, check the water source
and water level before use. The pump should be installed in a
covered area or a closed environment for the pump to work properly.
Avoid using pumped water or non-corrosive liquids, and no sand or
other solid impurities.
