1.New Coated sand heat furnace
The device is mainly used for heating new sand in the thermal
production of coated sand. The main fuels are coal, coke or gas,
and fuel oil.
When working, the drying drum is heated in the furnace body, new
sand enters the drum through the chute. Under the action of the
drum, it is continuously pushed forward, stirred and heated evenly.
After reaching the required temperature, the drum reverses and the
material is discharged rapidly under the action of the guide plate.
