Industrial TD bucket elevator with certificate/Environmental

TD type bucket elevator is unloading in centrifugal or mixed mode,
and is suitable for conveying low-grinding materials of powder,
granular and small pieces with a bulk density of not more than 1.5
tons/m3. The temperature must not exceed 60 degrees.
The TD type bucket elevator has simple structure, convenient
installation and convenient adjustment, repair and maintenance. The
machine has a large conveying capacity, and the TD type of the same
bucket width is nearly doubled compared with the D type.
The TD type bucket elevator traction parts are made of
high-strength rubber conveyor belt with high tensile strength and

TD type bucket elevator consists of the running section, the upper
section of the TD bucket elevator with drive roller, the lower
section of the TD bucket elevator with tensioning drum, and the

components.
TD bucket elevator performance characteristics:
1. The driving power is small, and the large-capacity hopper is
densely arranged. When the material is lifted, there is almost no
returning and excavation, so the invalid power is small.
2. Wide range of lifting, TD type bucket elevator has less
requirements on the type and characteristics of materials, not only
can improve general powdery and small granular materials, but also
can improve materials with high abrasiveness. Good sealing
performance and environmental pollution less.
3. The operation reliability is good, the advanced design principle
and processing method ensure the reliability of the whole machine
operation, and the trouble-free time exceeds 20,000 hours. The
lifting height is high. The hoist runs smoothly, so it can reach a
higher lifting height.
