Glass Bottled Washing Filling Capping Coconut Drink Coffee Bottling Machine Line​

This series of equipment is used for hot filling production of tea drinks, fruit juice drinks and other products. This series is a combination of sterilization, filling and sealing. the design is scientific and reasonable, so operate is simple. It is the preferred equipment for hot-filling drinks.

It adopts advanced technologies such as human-machine interface touch control system, PLC computer control, frequency converter control, etc. It has high degree of automation and easy operation.

Juice pre-treatment system

Plate UHT sterilizer
It is mainly used for heating and sterilizing sensitive liquids such as fruit juice, tea and alcohol etc... The sterilization temperature is 85-135ºC,the capacity is 1-15T. The control components are all internationally famous brands.

Pipe UHT sterilizer
It is mainly used for high viscosity, large flesh and acidic drinks, such as fresh juice, jam and coffee etc..., The sterilization temperature is 80-137ºC,the capacity is 1-15T, The control components are all internationally famous brands.

UHT instantaneous sterilizer
It is suitable for instantaneous sterilization of liquid materials,such as fruit juice, fresh milk, soy milk and alcohol drink etc. It has such features as high efficiency, energy saving, simple operation and good sterilization effect etc.

High pressure homogenizer
t means under the triple action of extrusion, strong impact and pressure-loss expansion,make the liquid is more uniformly mixed with each other, so that the liquid taste is more soft, the capacity is 1-10T.

Vacuum degasser
It is mainly composed of degassing chamber, condenser, vacuum pump etc. It is widely used in fresh juice, tea and milk drinks etc. It can remove air (oxygen) from liquid, inhibit browning and oxidation of substances, prevent quality degradation, remove particulate gas, prevent foaming from affecting sterilization, reduce corrosion to the inner wall of container, and play an anti-corrosion role.

CIP(Clean-in-place) System
It is mainly used for cleaning equipment and pipes such as beverage, juice, beer and dairy products etc.
CIP uses centrifugal pump to convoy cleaning liquid into the material pipeline and equipment for full closed cycle cleaning, reducing labor depth and ensuring the quality of beverages.

Features

1. It is adopted that direct connection between air conveyor and inlet starwheel instead of screw and conveyor chains, which is easier for bottle changing.

2. There is no need to adjust the height of equipment through neck holding tech for bottle transportation.And what is only to change some spare parts.

3. High speed filling line is of clamp transferring technology.Bottle shapes are more varied, and the working table inside the machine is more laconic.

4. By 3-in-1 monoblock, the bottle goes through rinsing, filling and capping with little abrasion, and the transferring is stable, bottle changing is easier.

5. Specially designed stainless steel bottle clamp dose not contact the thread parts of the bottle neck, avoiding the second contamination.

6. High speed and large flow filling valve assures the high filling speed and exact fluid level.

7. Parts contact with the liquid are all of excellent stainless steel or food level plastic.The electric system is of international brand and achieves the national food sanitary standard.
