BFEC Type G1 Inch Aluminum Dust Collector Pulse Diaphragm Valve With Dresser Nut DMF-ZM-25

This Valve Below is DMF-ZM series 1'' Right Angle With Aluminum Alloy Body and NBR Diaphgram.

Designed for filter cleaning in dust collectors and baghouses, are diaphragm valves with dresser nut connection ports for reverse pulse jet system.

DMF-ZM-25 is a widely used dust collector Pulse Jet Valve for bag filter.

The Working Princple of DMF-ZM-25:When the solenoid is energized, trapped air above a diaphragm is quickly exhausted causing a high pressure difference across the diaphragm. Thereby the diaphragm is suddenly opened. When the solenoid is de-energized, air escapes through a hole to the chamber above the diaphragm which balances the pressure and instantly closes the valve.

Installation

1.Connection Pipe Adapted Valve Specification

2.Ensure tank and pipes are free from dirt, rust or other particulate.

3.Ensure supply air is clean and dry.

4.Mount valve to inlet pipes and blowtube to valve, tighten dresser nuts. For your safety do not pressurise system
until all valves and pipes are fully secured.

5.Apply moderate pressure to system and check for installation leaks.
