304 Stainless steel ball
AISI 304 steel balls have no good hardness but offer good corrosion
resistance,
they offer good resistance to atomospheric corrosion, dyes, food
processing, valves, sex products and so on.
Hardness :HRC25-39
316 Stainless steel ball
AISI 316 steel balls have no good hardness, but have better
corrosion resistance than
AISI 304, AISI 316 stainless steel balls offer good corrosion
resistance to sulphuric acid compounds.
They are used in nail polish, trigger sprayers, dispenser valves,
body jewelry and so on.
Hardness :HRC25-39
420 Stainless steel ball
AISI 420 have good hardness and fair-to-good corrosion resistance
and strength,
it is generally used for all applications requiring resistance to
corrosion such as bearings, valves,
writting instruments, food environment, fresh water, many petroleum
products and mild acid environments.
AISI 420 is also magnetic.
Hardness :HRC52-65
440 Stainless Steel Ball
440 Stainless Steel balls are a martenistic-type stainless steel
which is used extensively in steel ball bearing
applications that require hardness, dimensional stability,
corrosion resistance and toughness.
440 Stainless Steel is also used for corrosion-resistant ball and
check valves.
440 ball are resistant to corrosion from fresh water, steam, crude
oil, gasoline, perspiration, alcohol, blood and food stuffs.
Maximum resistance to corrosion and tarnishing is only achieved
when 440 is fully hardened and surfaces
are polished to a high luster.
440 is also magnetic.
