Design for Small Portable Asphalt Plant
“one-trailer-mounted ” continuous asphalt mixing plant is optimized
and redesigned based on our stationary continuous asphalt mixing
station and semi-mobile continuous asphalt mixing station.
ZAP-CM models are available from 20TPH to 120TPH.
Control system
- Adopt Germany SIEMENS electrical element, working stably even in
harsh working environment.
- Adopt Japan ORMON PLC and touch screen, have high data processing
capacity, various operation data can be saved real-times.
- Multi-language compatibility, display language can be selected
according to the customer’s preference.
Features
“one-trailer-mounted ” continuous asphalt mixing plant realizes the
high integration of asphalt plant, and one transport trailer can
realize all the functional requirements of the asphalt mixing
station (filling, drying, mixing, storage of finished products,
operation), which meets the user's requirements for fast
installation, fast transition, and rapid production.
Up to now, our “one-trailer-mounted ” continuous asphalt mixing
plant” has been exported to Europe, Africa, North America etc. The
convenience of fast transportation, transfer, and rapid
recommissioning greatly saves the costs and improves the
construction efficiency.

Generally speaking,we usually sent customers the wearing parts when
shipping the product, but if you have a large order,we will

Q4: What is the delivery time?
Usually can deliver within 35-40 work days
Q5: What is your payment method?
A: 30% of total price should be paid by T/T as down payment; 70%
balance payment should be paid by T/T before delivery. We also
support L/C, Western Union
Q6: Do you provide after-sale service?
Yes. The warranty period of our machines is one year, and we have a
professional after-sale service team to promptly and thoroughly
solve your problems.
