Working principles:
Pig feed crusher machine has two part to work:
Hammer Blow: There are several crushing methods: crushing,
grinding, smashing and Shear broke. when the material is smashing,
raw materials in grinding chamber are crushed small granular with
hammer fast rotate and strike.
Mesh Filter. Some of crushed small granular are according with
standard and through screen, and the rest of materials need hitting
again to meet standard.

Features:
1. This series hammer mill is water drop design. It is made of
welded steel.
2. U-shape grinding groove at the bottom of grinding chamber, with
improvement of grinding efficiency of 50%-80%
2. The inlet on the top of the hammer mill is equipped with impeller feeder to adjust feed flow and realize
the uniform feeding making the raw material flow crosswise to
reduce the pulsation of the feed rate.
3. The right aspiration can make materials go through screen
quickly, reduce temperature of grinding chamber and increase output
effectively.
4. The rotor is tested by precise measure such as dynamic balance
and vibration to run more smooth with more excellent
performance,completely crushing the raw material without dead angle
is to ensure that finish product granularity is more uniform.
5. Full open operating door,convenient for maintaining and
exchanging screen sheet.
