Description:

• One piece case blank wrap around, a 3-in-1 machine (case erector+case packer+case sealer);
• Replace the traditional tape seal to hot melt glue seal to realize attractive appearance, reuse of the cases and environment friendly;
• Wide application in drinks, dairy, seasoning, cooking oil, lubricate oil, chemical and other industry.

Specifications:

According to the model capacity case packers product grouping can be carried out by a pneumatically operated collating gate or by continuous motion combs pulled by servo-driven chains. Both systems guarantee optimal product backpressure control and very fast changeover. Automatic case packers feature high capacity vertical type blank magazine complete with blank infeed bracket that makes loading easier for the operator and increases overall storage capacity. Blank picking by suction cups takes place on top of the blanks stack so that it’ not influenced by the quantity of blanks in the stack.

Case forming, product loading and case sealing take place along a continuous motion transfer chain to reduce moving parts strain and wear guaranteeing long lasting precision and reliability. All moving parts are protected by safety clutches that trip immediately a torque overload happens in the drive train. this series case packers have been conceived to allow fast and reliable format changeover. All parts to be moved are fitted with adjustable handles on metric rods or handwheels with digital readouts so that operator can carry out the format changeover simply following the procedure and adjusting each part to the set position.
