Our HP High density of zirconia lower nozzle insert as flow controlling of steel liquid and slag refractory material
widely used in the tundish in steel plant. It is most suitable to
the lower nozzle (outer nozzle) below the inner nozzle (outer
nozzle) of the tundish furnace, after embedded in the alumina or
corundum quality body, the composite tundish nozzle can be used in
the sliding system of ladle and tundish directly, do not desired to
heat before using. Especially used for smelting the special high
grade steel types, such as low carton steel, alloy steel etc.
Production Process
Our HP High density of zirconia lower nozzle insert as flow control refractory is made of the high quality of e-fuzed magnesia and zirconia grain
and sand, bonding agent, through the the automatic system mixing,
drying, pressing, inspecting, sintering, etc. series system process, then pack into the carton,
and wooden box with the desired shipping mark sticked, then deliver
to the china mainland and oversea from our factory.
