1. How can I place an order?
A: You can contact any of our sales person to place the order.
Please provide us the details of your requirements as clear as
possible. We will send you the Quotation at the first time. For
designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us with
trade manager of alibaba, Whatsapp, Skype, Wechat or other instant
ways, in case of any delays.
2. When can I get the price?
A: Usually we quote our best price within 24 hours after we get
your inquiry.
3 . How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check
our quality. Blank sample is free and you just need to pay for the
express freight. Customized sample will cost $50-$80 to cover the
cost on film and printing procedure. The customized sample cost can
be refunded back after confirm the order.
4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us the correct files, the
samples will be ready within about 5 business days. The sample will
be sent to you via express and will be delivered in 3-5 business
days.
5. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
A: We accept AI, PDF, CDR , etc.
6. Can you do the design for us?
A: Yes, We have a professional team having rich experience in
designing paper bag, paper box and other paper products.
7. What about the lead time for mass production?
To be honest, it depends on the order quantity and season you place
the order. Generally, it takes about 7-15 days for about order
which is less than 50,000 pieces. We will let you know the lead
time before we start working.
8. What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CNF, DDU, DDP, etc.
9. Can I get some free sample?
A: For first cooperation, we need to charge the samples and
shipping fee. The sample fee will full return when order confirmed.
10. How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We
check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
