The SUW-25/2S250-25 is a 1” Inch, 2 way, Stainless Steel solenoid
valve with a solenoid coil. It is compatible with a variety of
media such as liquids, gas, air, fuel, glycol and weak acids. It
has a temperature range between 15°F and 250°F.
The SUW-25/2S250-25 is a solid Stainless Steel valve that features
1” inch female NPT inlet and outlet ports. Its compact size is
great for fitting in tight places without compromising quality.
The coil is included with the valve. The connection can be made
with the 5.5” lead wires using solder or terminal connectors. The
coil has a voltage tolerance of +-10%. It is rated for 100% duty
cycle but should not be powered indefinitely.
There are no minimum pressure requirements and the valve can handle
pressure up to 115 PSI. The valve has a 25mm orifice and its flow
rate can be calculated using the Cv value of 12.

Common Probelm: My solenoid valve is not working. What could be
wrong?
Point 1: The seal material is compatible with the medium that’s
being put through the valve
Solution 1: Make sure there is a proper electrical connection
(voltage, current, frequency) Use a multimeter to test all
components.
Point 2: The valve seal and orifice are free from debris.
Solution 2: The installed position of the valve is correct. Some
valves will only work in certain positions.
Point 3: The valve operates within the specific pressure range.
Some valves have minimum pressures requirements to function
properly.
Solution 3: The coil is disconnected or burned out. Check your
wiring to the coil and confirm the valve is receiving the correct
specifications. OHMs can be checked to determine if the coil has
burned out.
