The hollow shaft motor consists of a stator and a rotor end cap. It
is designed with a hollow metal tube. It is a new type of motor
with an internal joint designed for high-pressure pumps. It reduces
the overall size of the hollow shaft and maintains all the
technologies of the standard motor. Maintenance advantage. It is
adopting new technology design, 100& all-copper coil, C&U
bearing, shaft extension through high-frequency quenching
treatment, significantly improving mechanical strength, with
low-temperature rise, fast heat dissipation, high efficiency, and
energy-saving. It is connected to the pump for high-pressure water
column cleaning.

Insulation
Hollow shaft motors supply with class B&F insulation as a
standard feature. Also, supply on request of the customer.
Terminal Box
all three-phase motor supply with a terminal box on top position
for Foot mounted. Other position boxes like left or right supply on
customer request.

Hollow shaft motor shaft made from high carbon steel pipe to
provide exceptional strength&rigidity to minimize deflection.

Rotor
All hollow shaft motor rotors are of high-pressure E.C. Grad
aluminum die-cast. Every rotor is dynamically balanced. Thus, it
makes low motor amplitudes of vibration & noise.
Bearing&Lubrication:
hollow shaft motor bearings are adequately lubricated with
lithium-based high temp up to 150 deg. all the motors are supplied
with a C3 ball bearing & fully charged with lithium base grease at
the time of assembly
