The hollow shaft series motors comply with the relevant regulations
of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and use
high-quality raw materials for the latest overall design. The motor
casing is made of aluminum alloy die-casting, hollow metal tube
design, 100% copper coil, C&U bearing, high-precision rotor,
shaft extension through high-frequency quenching treatment,
significantly improving mechanical strength, rigorous transfer
technology, maintaining the standard motor. All technical and
maintenance advantages are following IEC standards. It has the
characteristics of low-temperature rise, good heat dissipation, low
noise, high efficiency and energy saving, beautiful appearance,

hollow shaft motor is IP-44 protection as defined in IS:4691 Motors

Insulation
Hollow shaft motors supply with class B&F insulation as a
standard feature. Also, supply H on request of the customer.
Terminal Box
all three-phase motor supply with a terminal box on top position
for Foot mounted. Other position boxes like left or right supply on
customer request.
Shaft
Hollow shaft motor shaft made from high carbon steel pipe to
provide exceptional strength&rigidity to minimize deflection.

Rotor
All hollow shaft motor rotors are of high-pressure E.C. Grad
aluminum die-cast. Every rotor is dynamically balanced. It makes
low motor amplitudes of vibration & noise.
Bearing&Lubrication:
hollow shaft motor bearings are adequately lubricated with
lithium-based high temp up to 150 deg. all the motors are supplied
with a C3 ball bearing & fully charged with lithium base grease at
the time of assembly
