ZZG Series Brushless Synchronous Generator is a new generation of a generator, which is developed and designed by our company after we digested fully the advanced technology of the internationally famous brand generator. It owns single bearing and double bearing structure can be assembled with all kinds of domestic and foreign brand engines. The base adopts steel shell structure, stator core adopts is a brushless self-excited type, it can control integral type overlying lamination, rotor core adopts full damping convex structure, excitation mode automatically via AVR. Our product has characteristics of compact size, lightweight, elegant appearance, reliable performance, easy installation, and convenient maintenance.

FEATURES:

1. Excellent compatibility with drive systems: standard mounting dimensions can be coupled to any diesel
engines from worldwide, many S.A.E. flanges, and S.A.E. drive discs can be easily interchangeable.

2. IP23 Protection, H insulation, Suitable for harsh environments.

3. All AVR’s have numerous features for voltage adjustment, stability adjustment, low-frequency protection, and exterior voltage adjustment.

4. Standard 2/3 winding pitch, easy to be operated with other generators in parallel; Several types of winding are available to optimize performance. (Max. voltages available range up to 690V).

5. CSC generators are provided with three-phase as standard, easy to alter the voltage by reconnecting for
12-leads on a terminal plate, also the units can be run as a single phase(except for CSC354).

6. The damp winding on a rotor and the surge suppressor on the rectifier can provide the generator with stability and reliability.

7. Balanced rotor with two sealed and quality ball bearing, Little vibration, and low noise.

8. Easy access for installation and maintenance.
