1. Stainless Steel 304 Saddle Rings Advantage:
Hualai offers high performance metal tower packing, including structured packing and random packing. Among this
group, metal saddle ring can be effectively used in both high pressure and vacuum tower
services, delivering superior performance over traditional pall
ring random packing. Other benefits can be expected like lower pressure drop, higher
efficiency, less liquid hold up, etc..
Other advantages of Hualai metal random packing include a large effective surface area, higher mechanical strength
and a competitive cost. Hualai metal random packing is available in
a group of sizes and materials so whatever the need may be, Hualai
has the solution for the best efficiency and pressure drop. As per
request, Hualai metal random packing is available in the most
commonly used metal alloys such as 410, 304, 316L and other common
alloys.

reference– 25mm (1”), 40mm (1 1/2”), 50mm (2”), 60mm (2 3/8”) and
70mm (2 3/4”).

3. Hualai metal tower packing product groups:
In Hualai factory, except for stainless steel 304 saddle rings, we
