Bearing Assembly:
The slurry pump bearing assembly, also called the rotor assembly,
belongs to the slurry pump accessory assembly and is an important
component of the slurry pump. It is the transmission power unit.
The bearing assembly is used to connect the pump and the motor
components to form a complete working system.
The stability of the slurry pump bearing assembly directly affects
the operation and service life of the pump
The bearing assembly of the pump adopts a cylindrical structure,
which is convenient for adjusting the gap between the impeller and
the front guard plate, and can be completely removed during
maintenance. The bearings are greased.
Precautions:
The slurry pump bearing assembly is the heart of the whole pump.
Although the value is not large compared to the whole pump, if the
installation does not meet the technical requirements, the normal
use of the whole pump cannot be guaranteed, and the slurry pump is
adversely affected. The operation of the slurry pump:
