Product overview:
The suction cap of the desulfurization pump is a component of the

the following characteristics:
1) Strong wear resistance: The overcurrent parts are all made of
steel-lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE). The
wear resistance of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene
(UHMW-PE) ranks first in plastics, compared with nylon 66 ( PA66)
and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) are 4 times higher, which is
7-10 times higher than that of carbon steel .
2) Strong impact resistance: Ultra-high molecular weight
polyethylene ranks first in general engineering plastics, and the
front end cover of desulfurization pump is 5 times that of
(/butadiene/styrene) copolymer (ABS). It is stable at minus 196 °
C, which is a characteristic not found in any other plastic.
3) Excellent corrosion resistance: The pump can withstand various
corrosive media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic solvent within a
certain temperature and concentration range, and is immersed in 80
kinds of organic solvents at 20 ° C and 90 ° C for 30 days. There
is no abnormality in appearance, and other physical properties are
almost unchanged.
